What is the procedure to start terminating calls through IPTrafficX?
To become an Operator it is required to fill out and send back to us Operator Application Form and make an initial prepayment for termination of not less than 1000 US Dollars.

How long does it take after the initial payment and operator application are received to make the interconnection with IPTrafficX?
After the initial payment and operator application are received, our support team will send a list of questions regarding the interconnection. As soon as the answers are received it will take about 1-2 business days to finish the interconnection.

The Operators are charged in 1 (one) second billing increment.

What are the payment methods?
Currently, Operators can make payments via bank/wire transfer, using a credit card through PayPal (no PayPal account required) payment system. (Please note that you will be charged a bank/wire incoming fee 10 US Dollars and for PayPal payment merchant fee (approximately 3.9% + US$0.30) per transaction.)

No, there are no requirements.

No, the Operators pay only for the actually consumed traffic.

In what currency the payments should be made?
The payments should be made in US Dollars, otherwise the amount received in other currency will be converted to US Dollars using the market exchange rate and only then will be credited to the Operator’s account.

How are the Operators charged?
When the Operator makes a payment, it is credited to his Operator account within-IPTrafficX’s system. When Operator starts originating calls the cost of these calls will be deducted from Operator’s account. When the balance on the account reaches 0 (zero) the Operator will no longer be able to terminate calls through IPTrafficX.

How long does the bank/wire transfer take?
When the payment is made via bank/wire transfer it usually takes up to 4-5 business days to reach our account. (Please note, that in some cases it takes longer. It depends on the country of origin and through which correspondent banks the payment is made)

No, the billing, IVR and retail account management systems are provided only to Resellers (Please ask your manager for Reseller Program more details).

Does IPTrafficX connect to the carriers via VoIP networks?
The connection with MCI is made via TDM (ISDN), but the connection with Teleglobe is made via VoIP (however the roundtrip delay to Teleglobe POP is about 0.023 seconds and there is no quality loss).

Can IPTrafficX credit the money to the account by just receiving a confirmation by fax?
Unfortunately, the payment is credited to Operator’s account only when it is actually received by IPTrafficX.
