How long dose it take to transfer test account to a regular account?

IPTrafficX Sales Team send you Operator Application, Please fill out this form and send it to IP Traffic Xchange Ltd email: sales@IPTrafficX.com or fax it to +44 870 0687094. As soon as we have receive signed Application your account transfer to a regular account.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, Operators can make payments via bank/wire transfer, using a credit card through PayPal.com and MoneyBookers payment system

Do Operators get charged for incomplete, busy or no answer calls?

No, the Operators do not get charged for such calls

Are there any monthly fees, minimum sales requirements, taxes or any hidden charges?

No, the Operators pay only for the actually consumed traffic.

In what currency the payments should be made?

The payments should be made in US Dollars, otherwise the amount received in other currency will be converted to US Dollars using the market exchange rate and only then will be credited to the Operator’s account.

Do I need to make any kind of investments, to buy equipment or pay set up or sign up fees in order to become an Operator?

No, there is no need for any kind of investment or additional fees.

Does IPTrafficX provide a billing and IVR system for retail use to Operators?

No, the billing, IVR and retail account management systems are provided only to Resellers (Please ask your manager for Reseller Program more details).

Can IPTrafficX credit the money to the account by just receiving a confirmation by fax?

Unfortunately, the payment is credited to Operator’s account only when it is actually received by IPTrafficX.

As soon as we receive the payment we credit it within 1 hour.

How would IPTrafficX respond to Operator/Customer concerns not within the regular office hours?

Unfortunately at this time we will be able to provide you assistance only within our office hours. But in fact there are not many cases where our assistance is required overnight or weekend.
