IPTrafficX offer 2 reseller packages:

 

Silver Package

The Silver Plus package is designed for resellers who already have a web site and just need a SIP dialler and billing platform.

 

The features and benefits of this package are:

 

1. Low set up cost of just $400 for branded dialler with no ongoing fees or using our non brand dialler without any set up cost

2. You can create and manage your accounts up to any value

3. All your accounts are controlled through a web interface

4. You can create and manage your own rate lists, allowing you to sell to your customers at your own prices

5. Minimum deposit is $500 for traffic

6. Unbranded portal for customers to check balance, CDRs etc.

 

Gold Package

As a Gold Package Reseller you get all the features of the silver package as well as a fully branded web site with all the functionalities described below. All your accounts are controlled through a web interface and you appear as a fully independent internet telephony service provider

 

Pricing is as follows:

1. Set Up fee for development of your whole web site - from $999

2. Annual fee $249, due from year 2 onwards

3. $400 for branded dialler with no ongoing fees or using our non brand dialler without any set up cost

 

Minimum deposit is $500 for traffic

 

Features you get with your Gold Reseller web site:

News publisher tool: The place where the ‘News’ box appears is defined in the administration section of the Web Portal. Consecutive messages are displayed in a short form in a reversed chronological order (the latest message is shown first). The full message’s content can be obtained by clicking on a selected news title. The manner of editing the message body and the manner of opening a message (either in the same window or in another) are defined by the administrator.

 

Newsletter tool: Collects users contact information to send a newsletter or advertising materials by email. Additional verification by sending a confirmation email to the user can be enabled. After having entered the e-mail address, the user gets an email with randomly generated link which has to be clicked in order to get registered.

 

User’s login component: Allows a user to pick which of the available services he or she wants to log into. It determines which of the separate users tables (defined in IPTrafficX) will be searched during the login process. Alternatively, it is possible to define the sequence of searching for the login and password in the individual tables of the database without specifying the user types. There is yet another advantageous feature: it is possible to secure the website against attempts to guess the login and password. In the administration section, it can be set that after the defined number of erroneous login attempts the client’s IP will be blocked for a certain period of time.

 

Top rates: A module which allows presenting the most attractive rates from a selected tariff (defined in IPTrafficX). The administrator can specify which rates should be displayed, how often they should change and how many records should appear at a time. The purpose of this tool is to capture the website’s visitors attention and get their interest in the presented offer.

 

Rates calculator: Very useful tool increasing attractiveness of the website. A visitor can calculate the connection charge for a country selected from the list. For the Callback clients, two lists of the available destinations will appear and the total amount for the both calls, i.e. to the source number and the destination number, will be displayed. The tariffs used in the calculator are assigned in the administration section.

Register: A component that enables automatic registration of new users. After clicking on its link on the website’s front page, the visitor is re-directed to the site where the registration process is conducted. This functionality is available only in connection with the Online Shop module. The newly registered user can be re-directed to one of the supported payment systems in order to fund the account. Another option is to let the users open accounts without having to fund them; in such case they will have to top up before placing first paid call.

 

Contact us: Ready to use template of classic contact page containing the company phone numbers, emails, representative details etc. This page can be edited by the means of an html editor embedded in the Web Portal.

 

Features available to logged-in users:

Call detail record (CDR): Displays information about the calls made by users. It is possible to export the data to a file.

 

Redirect section: Available to “pc to phone” or “device to phone” users. In this section, a user can define the telephone numbers to which the call will be re-directed depending on the occurrence of a particular event (e.g. client is not logged in, number is busy, client fails to answer a call).

 

Rates: Used to show individual rates for particular destinations defined in the client’s tariff. Possibility to export the rates to a text file.

 

Payments: Enables viewing the history of payments.

 

Phones: Available to “calling cards” (IP IVR) and callback users. In this section users can add their caller IDs (ANI) used in the authorization process. A user who calls from a telephone number which was previously added does not have to enter the pin number in order to log into the system.

 

Address Book: Enables to add, delete and edit entries in the address book.

 

Missed Calls: Shows the list of unanswered calls made to a particular client. It also contains detailed information about the call time and the phone number from which the call was made.

 

Recharge: Allows topping up the account of a currently logged user. The account can be funded by entering a special, recharge PIN (associated with an amount) or by the means of the Online Shop. The latter is available in the IPTrafficX offer and supports the following payment systems: PayPal, IPG, Paradata, Authorize.net, SaferPay, Przelewy24, ENets and Quickpay.

 

Pc-to-Phone dialler: An ActiveX version of our SIP based softphone (SIPLink); allows placing calls directly from the web.

 

Callback dialler: Web version of the callback dialler, enables triggering callback calls directly from the web.

 

Client Info section: Allows users to enter or amend their contact/address details. These details are used by other parts of the system, e.g. for generating invoices or notifying customers about low state of their accounts.

 

Cabins: Accessible only to the CallShop users. It enables viewing, adding and deleting cabins belonging to given CallShop’s account. To each cabin, there is ascribed a tariff which can be edited in this section.

 

Routes: Provides an access to records of the calls that have been sent through a particular gateway. This section is available only through a direct URL (there is no link on the main website) and is intended for the traffic terminators to let them access the billing.
